Analisis Kesan Aplikasi TikTok Terhadap Kesejahteraan Psikologi Belia: Sorotan Literatur Bersistematik
Abstract
Ketagihan penggunaan media sosial khususnya aplikasi TikTok, telah menjadi isu yang signifikan dalam konteks kesejahteraan psikologi belia. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara sistematik pola penggunaan media sosial dan pengaruhnya terhadap kesejahteraan psikologi belia. Metodologi Sorotan Karya Sistematik diaplikasikan dengan mengikuti panduan Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). Penelitian ini berfokus pada ciri-ciri personaliti belia yang menggunakan aplikasi TikTok dengan motivasi untuk mendapatkan perhatian, keperluan untuk dimiliki, dan keperluan untuk dikagumi. Empat tahap PRISMA, iaitu pengenalpastian, saringan, kelayakan dan rangkuman digunakan untuk meneroka sorotan karya secara sistematik. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media sosial, termasuk aplikasi TikTok, memiliki pengaruh terhadap kesejahteraan psikologi belia. Penggunaan media sosial secara berlebihan telah dikaitkan dengan sejumlah isu negatif, seperti penyebaran informasi palsu, budaya siber buli, dan dampak negatif FoMO (Fear of Missing Out) terhadap kesejahteraan psikologi belia. Namun demikian, tidak dapat dinafikan bahawa penggunaan aplikasi TikTok turut membawa manfaat tertentu. Aplikasi ini dapat membantu dalam pembentukan identiti diri, meningkatkan kepercayaan diri, dan keterampilan komunikasi golongan belia. Namun, pengaruh perilaku ketagihan terhadap aplikasi video pendek di aplikasi TikTok masih belum sepenuhnya dijelajahi dalam kajian-kajian sebelum ini. Kajian ini menyumbang dalam pemahaman mengenai hubungan antara penggunaan media sosial, terutama aplikasi TikTok, dengan kesejahteraan psikologi belia. Kesimpulannya, kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi TikTok berpengaruh tinggi terhadap kesejahteraan psikologi belia. Oleh itu, penting untuk memahami pengaruh penggunaan media sosial dan mengambil langkah-langkah yang tepat untuk memastikan penggunaannya lebih berkualiti dalam membentuk kesejahteraan psikologi yang positif bagi generasi muda masa kini.
