Implementasi Kerjasama Sister Schools SMA Negeri 3 Malang-River Valley High School dalam Perspektif Diplomasi Publik (The Implementation of SMA Negeri 3 Malang-River Valley High School Sister Schools Cooperation In Public Diplomacy Perspective)
Abstract
This article discusses the implementation of SMAN 3 Malang, Indonesia-River Valley High School, Singapore sister schools cooperation in public diplomacy perspective. In the cooperation, they share information about their education, art, culture, and tourism each other, that called Exchange Program. Those activities can classified as public diplomacy although they did it unconsciously because, firstly, it is doing by public institutions. Secondly, it is concerned with issues related to the attitudes, behavior, and culture of public. Thirdly, it is transparent, open, and widely disseminated because it’s directed at foreign public in foreign societies as a principal target, in order to influence their opinion. Fourth, it uses the Sharing of Syllabus, and Student Exchange as media to communicate with each other.
