Penyerapan Unsur Budaya Dalam Pembelajaran Bahasa Jepun
Abstract
Dalam proses pembelajaran bahasa kini, kedua-dua aspek linguistik dan aspek budaya perlu diberi keutamaan. Namun, kursus bahasa Jepun di Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) masih memberi penekanan terhadap aspek linguistik. Penggunaan bahan bantuan mengajar yang bertajuk Erin ga Chousen! Nihongo Dekimasu didapati berjaya memenuhi aspirasi pengajar yang mencari bahan yang dapat menyerap unsur budaya dalam pembelajaran bahasa Jepun. Mekanisme yang dilaksanakan dalam kajian tindakan ini mengutamakan suasana pembelajaran berpusatkan pelajar. Kajian ini telah dilaksanakan sebanyak dua pusingan. Pusingan pertama lebih bersifat percubaan dan pusingan kedua menerima penambahbaikan berdasarkan dapatan dan laporan daripada pusingan pertama. Namun tidak banyak perubahan dilakukan pada pusingan kedua kecuali mereka diwajibkan membuat pembentangan dalam bahasa Jepun. Mekanisme ini menerima maklum balas yang baik daripada pelajar melalui kesungguhan mereka menyempurnakan tugasan yang diberi serta keyakinan mereka untuk membuat pembentangan dalam bahasa Jepun. Kajian tindakan ini juga didapati memberi keyakinan serta peluang kepada para pengajar untuk memperkenalkan sesuatu yang bermanfaat terhadap pembelajaran secara lebih sistematik.
