PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP LATIHAN DAN PEMBANGUNAN DALAM KALANGAN KAKITANGAN KUMPULAN SOKONGAN DI UPM
Abstract
Culture created by members of the organization itself and play a vital role within an organization. Even arguably fall and built an organization that depends on its culture. Whether it is negative or not it depends on the practitioner's own culture. Training and development will affect the organizational culture as well as the satisfaction and productivity of the organization members. Effectiveness in training and development will have a positive impact on the organization in the long run. In this context, the study focused on public sector organizations such as UPM focuses on three aspects of the organizational culture of the organization in terms of the culture, the culture of the organization in terms of behavior and organizational culture in terms of cultural diversity based on the theory of Organizational Culture, founded by Michael Pacanowsky and Nick O 'Donnel-Trujillo in 1983. The pilot study was conducted and the Cronbach's alpha was 0.83. Then, exact research and information collected by distributing questionnaires to 250 respondents consisting of support staff in UPM. Data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 22. Pearson Correlation was used to analyze the data and the results showed that the first hypothesis is accepted which means that variable of organizational culture in this study have a positive relationship with training and development. In addition, regression testing was conducted to test the hypothesis of two, three and four to see the influence between the two variables. Only the aspects of cultural diversity have a relationship and a significant impact on training and development among support staff in UPM. It is expected that with the information obtained from this research, organization of cultural approaches that have been identified to increase effectiveness in the implementation of training and development in the public sector in UPM.
